The digital outdoor jammer obtains the baseband signal by analyzing the downlink dedicated channel of the base station, then reorganizes the baseband dedicated channel as an interference code, and finally outputs to shield the downlink interference signal of the mobile phone, thereby blocking mobile phone communications within the target area.
